Welcome to the Source America Online MODAPTS Practitioner Registration Page

Thank you for enrolling in the Source America sponsored online MODAPTS Practitioner Training. Please submit the contact form below with all requested information including your preferred mailing address and the company you represent. When your information form is received, you will be sent a confirmation email confirming your request for training was received and a training kit will be sent to you by Priority Mail. This training kit will contain items that will help you complete the example exercises that are part of the training. Within 48 hours, you will be sent an email with a link to the training site, your username and password. The email will also include contact information for a Certified MODAPTS Instructor that will be available to help you, should you need further explanations or encounter any difficulties in navigating the course. 

Successful completion of this training course will certify you as a MODAPTS Practitioner and will include a 1-year membership in the International MODAPTS Association.
